House rules

Welcome to our holiday apartments in Todtnauberg! To ensure all guests enjoy a pleasant stay, we ask that you adhere to the following rules:

🐾 Pets

• Dogs and other pets are not allowed. We ask for your understanding.

🚭 Smoking

• Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the holiday apartment. Please use the outdoor area and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

🎉 Rest periods

• Please be considerate of other guests.

🧼 Cleanliness & Garbage

• Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition.
• Waste separation is important to us – please use the designated containers in the waste room for residual waste, paper, glass, plastic and organic waste.

🔥 Open fire & candles

• For safety reasons, open fires and candles are not permitted in our holiday apartments.

💧 Heating & Water

• Please use water and heating sparingly – for the sake of the environment.
• When leaving the apartment, please close windows and turn off lights.

🔑 Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: from 11 a.m.
• Check-out: until 11 a.m.
• In case of loss of the keys to the holiday apartment, you are obliged to inform us immediately and to bear the costs of replacing new keys.
