GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GTC)

1. ScopeThese terms and conditions apply to the booking and use of the holiday apartments offered on this website.

2. Booking and Conclusion of Contract: By submitting the booking via this website, the guest submits a binding offer to conclude a rental agreement. The contract is concluded upon written booking confirmation via email.

3. Terms of payment

Payment is made according to the payment terms specified during the booking process. A 20% deposit is required no later than 10 days after booking, and the remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before arrival. The payment terms agreed upon in each individual case apply.

4. Withdrawal and Cancellation: The guest may withdraw from the contract at any time. The following cancellation conditions apply:

  • up to 60 days before arrival: free of charge
  • 59 to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount is due
  • from 13 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 90% of the total amount is due

Cancellation must be made in writing (e.g. by email).

5. Arrival and Departure: The apartment is available from 11:00 a.m. on the day of arrival. The apartment must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

6. Liability: The tenant is liable for all damage to the rental property, its furnishings, or the building caused by him or her and his or her fellow travelers. Damage must be reported to the landlord immediately.

The landlord is only liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence by him or his vicarious agents. Liability for loss or damage to property brought into the premises by the tenant is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

7. House Rules: The house rules, which are an integral part of the rental agreement, must be observed. In the event of serious or repeated violations, the landlord reserves the right to terminate the contract without notice.

8. Final Provisions The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is – to the extent permitted by law – the registered office of the lessor. Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
